Have you raced together before?

Optional · Import a previous Doubles result for a detailed comparison with this target. Supports races 2025 onwards.

Add running ability · optionalUse both partners' expected 1 km race pace to assess the target and protect the slower runner.

Because you run together, the slower entered pace sets the team's planning pace and station workload shifts slightly away from that runner. Enter both paces or leave both blank.

02 · Partner strengths

Who should do more?

Rate partners relative to each other and not against the rest of the field. "A stronger" means Partner A should take a larger share of that station.

How the planner choosesPaired station tests take priority. Complete partner race profiles refine the remaining stations. Your simple strength ratings are used everywhere else.

03 · Station plan

Your eight-station strategy.

Target splits come from teams around your chosen finish-time level. Each card gives you an exact sequence to rehearse. Paired tests take priority where supplied, with relative ratings used everywhere else.

Methodology

What the data says.

Target station times use anonymous Season 8 Doubles distributions from Pyrox. Individual partner shares are planning recommendations, not measured partner-level race data.

Official results record one combined team split for each station. They do not identify which partner completed each metre or repetition, so this tool keeps the benchmark and work-share assumptions visibly separate.

Independent analysis. Not affiliated with or endorsed by HYROX. Always confirm the latest official division standards before racing.
